Frugal Friday: Part One
Today I have some very deep, meaningful words of frugal wisdom to share.
Setting $17.80 worth of chicken in the sink to thaw on Wednesday evening and FORGETTING ALL ABOUT THEM until you return home from work on Thursday evening (TWENTY FOUR HOURS LATER) is probably not the most frugal thing a person can do.
I'm just sayin'.

That sort of thing must be in the air, because I bought eggs and left them setting in the bag on the table all night last week. Ok, good news----Price Chopper has boneless, skinless chicken on sale this week for $1.19/pd.
I did in fact replace this dearly departed chicken last night with the $1.19/lb chicken at Price Chopper! So I guess there's somewhat of a silver lining there... :)
